Two new compositions written for POWERHOUSE SOUND, “Quick Answer” and “Edges Of Tape,” performed for the first time at the Stop Smiling party for their edition of The Jazz Issue, held at the Empty Bottle on Monday, February 18th. In addition, two pieces for a special project co-directed by Daniel Levin (with Pandelis Karayorgis, Nate McBride, and Frank Rosaly) were put together for their concert at the Hideout on February 20th, “Marker” and “Cement.”
