1/18:
The last few days have been busy- saw Assex at the Sugar Maple in Milwaukee on Saturday (beautiful pieces in Spanish), performed there on Sunday in a duo with Pandelis Karayorgis (the room has really developed acoustically, horns sound fantastic in there; very nice crowd and music) and checked out Adrienne buy online usa Pierlu…issi’s new “torso” paintings.

Monday back in Chicago for the first rehearsal with the Don Cherry project, worked on 7 of 10 compositions, got a feel for basic arrangements and group sound, but still much to do.

Takeshi Kitano‘s birthday on the 18th.
