Day starts with an incredible Italian meal at La Locanda in Lancashire (courtesy Roy Paci’s connections), located in the most beautiful part of England I’ve ever seen.
Things run so long (4 hours?) that we have to skip soundcheck. Colin does an incredible job at the board (again!) with just a line-check before we …go on. LIverpool audience builds in enthusiasm throughout the show, we need to play two encores.
