Trying to prepare for the duo tour with Paal Nilssen-Love in April (dates to be posted on the website this weekend) while trying to get things together to leave for Europe. Pick up the Powerhouse Sound
master from Bob Weston. The work on the mix gave me a number of ideas for how to proceed with new writing for the band, will get this done for the June concert in Chicago so the group with have new pieces to play on our summer concerts.
Lots of different combinations of improvisers to play with this upcoming week, including the duo with Pandelis Karayorgis, good to have had the chance to play
together in January at the Sugar Maple and reconnect on the material.
