Another round of rehearsals with Resonance. Playing on the Modulars (conventionally notated material) goes extremely well- band executes the music perfectly and the improvisations work in accordance with the material. 2 of the 4 Abstracts (descriptive/game pieces) work, but 2 are unsuccessful and I’ll need to rework the original intent… Another preview to the Resonance Festival events: http://tinyurl.com/4tlex97
